1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PVC Pro ("the Website", "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PVC Pro is an auto-cropping and parsing tool that:

• Extracts data from PDF files uploaded by users
• Formats the extracted data into print-ready layouts suitable for PVC card printing
• Provides download capabilities for the formatted images
• Acts solely as a tool - NOT as an official document generator or issuing authority

We do NOT create, verify, or validate the authenticity of any documents. We merely provide formatting services based on user-uploaded files.

3. User Responsibilities & Obligations

3.1 Document Authenticity

• You are solely responsible for validating the authenticity of PDF files uploaded to our service
• You must only upload genuine documents obtained from official government portals or authorized sources
• You warrant that you have the legal right to use and process the documents you upload

3.2 Compliance with Laws

• You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• You will NOT use our service for any illegal purposes including but not limited to:
  • Creating fake, forged, or fraudulent documents
  • Identity theft or misrepresentation
  • Violating any anti-forgery laws
  • Impersonating another person
• You acknowledge that creating or using fraudulent documents is a criminal offense

3.3 Personal Use Only

• Cards created are for personal, informational, or backup purposes only
• They are NOT replacements for official government-issued documents
• You must NOT present these cards as official identification
• You accept full responsibility for how you use the cards created

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

4.1 No Liability for User Actions

PVC Pro, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

• Any misuse of cards created using our service
• Rejection of cards by banks, government offices, or other institutions
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of our service
• Accuracy or authenticity of documents uploaded by users
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

By uploading documents to PVC Pro, you explicitly authorize us to:

• Extract text, images, and data from your uploaded PDF files
• Process and format the extracted data for card creation
• Temporarily store your files for processing purposes
• Use automated parsing tools to read document contents

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

PVC Pro is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind:

• We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We do NOT warrant that cards will be accepted by any institution
• We do NOT guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction
• We do NOT provide legal advice or validation services
• Results may vary based on PDF quality and format

7. Credit System & Payments

7.1 No Refunds

7.2 Credit Usage

• Credits are consumed immediately upon processing documents
• Failed processing may result in credit deduction (contact support for assistance)
• Credits do not expire but are non-transferable
• Pricing and credit costs are subject to change with notice

8. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using PVC Pro for:

• Creating fake, forged, or fraudulent identity documents
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Illegal immigration or document fraud
• Any unlawful or criminal activity
• Circumventing security measures or authentication systems
• Uploading malicious files or attempting to compromise our systems
• Commercial resale without authorization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement.

9. Intellectual Property

• The PVC Pro website, code, design, and branding are owned by PVC Pro
• You retain ownership of the documents you upload
• We do NOT claim ownership of your personal data or documents
• You grant us a temporary license to process your files for service delivery

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
• Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
• Remove or disable content that violates our policies
• Report suspicious activity to law enforcement authorities

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].

12. Modifications to Terms

PVC Pro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
