"One-Stop-Solution" Features

As of December 2025, the e-Shram Portal has undergone a massive transformation, evolving from a simple registration database into a comprehensive "One-Stop-Solution" (OSS) for India's 31.4 crore+ unorganized workers.

1 Transformation to "One-Stop-Solution" (OSS)

Previously, workers had to visit multiple websites to apply for different schemes. Now, the e-Shram dashboard acts as a single-window interface. It automatically identifies eligibility based on:

• Age
• Occupation
• Income

You can now apply for benefits from 14 different Central Government schemes directly from one dashboard.

2 Integration of 14 Key Central Schemes

3 e-Shram 2.0 Mobile App & Multilingual Support

• Bhashini Integration: Available in 22 scheduled Indian languages with voice command support.
• Benefit History: View exactly which subsidies or payments you have received to date.

4 Special Focus on Gig Workers

A major 2025 update mandates the inclusion of Gig workers (delivery partners, cab drivers, etc.).

5 Skill India & NFS Integration

If you update your skills on the Skill India Digital Hub, it automatically reflects on your e-Shram profile. The integration with National Career Service (NCS) allows you to search for jobs using your UAN.

6 Migrant Worker Benefits

Family details are now shared with state-level BoCW boards. If you move states (e.g., Bihar to Kerala), your family can still access education and healthcare benefits in the new state.
